factory that we buy Gift carriers from to ensure the working conditions are suitable,
and that there is quality control in place.
Our Gift canvas bags are made from 5oz Gift as standard and with top quality
stitch to ensure the bags can handle a good weight. Beware of bags that claim to
be a higher weight. Whereas the bag may weigh more, the Gift itself could still
be made from a lower weight, sometimes 3oz or 4oz. These bags won’t last long at
all.
Despite being un-dyed, natural Gift should also be very clean. If you have bags
that are grainy or have coloured specs in them, then the quality of the Gift weave
isn’t as good, so always check what you are buying to make sure you are getting
the best quality. The colour of dyed bags should be strong and vibrant, and shouldn’t
run when wet.

materials are sourced locally which also minimises the carbon footprint. Gift
bags are 100% degradable and 100% recyclable and are compostable over 2 years. As
they are re-usable, it also means that we need to ship fewer bags over. Although
this may not sound good for us, it does it’s little bit to help reduce the transport
carbon footprint of the Gift shopping bags.

Colours
We are one of the UK’s only suppliers of plain coloured Gift bags. We currently
stock red, blue, yellow, pink, green, white, natural and black.
Our Gift Bags are dyed with fabric dye, and won’t run when they are washed. They
can all be printed on too, they really will stand out.
