      <a name="section1" shape="rect"> <h2>How do I add products I like to my shopping basket?</h2>

      Once you have decided which product you would like and the quantity you require, all you need to do is click on the orange add to basket button on the far right of the table on the product page.

      You’ll then see an overlay screen giving you the option to either continue shopping, view basket or complete your order. You can also upgarde your order and buy in bulk which works out cheaper per item.

      <a name="section2" shape="rect"> <h2>How can I amend my order in the basket?</h2>

      In your basket you can change the quantity of a product. Select the drop down menu which indicates different pack size options. Simply select the quantity you would like.

      You can also remove items from your shopping basket. All you need to do is click on the "x" next to the product image.

      <a name="section3" shape="rect"> <h2>Can I duplicate a previous order?</h2>

      We are still working on the functionality to do this and we are hoping to get it working soon. You can however, see your previous orders. To do this, once you’ve logged in, click on My Account in the top right hand corner. Click on View Past Orders and you’ll see the previous orders you’ve made.

      Unfortunately, as we updated our website to the one we have now, you will only be able to see the orders you have placed since Jan ’09.

      <a name="section4" shape="rect"> <h2>Can I have different billing and delivery addresses on my order?</h2>

      No problem at all, you can add, delete or edit multiple addresses in your manage addresses dashboard.

      To make sure that we do deliver it to the correct address, you need to select your delivery address on the delivery options page of the checkout.

      <a name="section5" shape="rect"> <h2>How do I know if my order has been confirmed?</h2>

      The final step to placing your order is by clicking on the confirm order button on the final checkout page. You will then be given an order number and an order acknowledgment will be emailed to you immediately. This means that your payment has been successful, if you do not recieve either the order number or order acknoweldgment please call us on 020 3002 9960.

      <a name="section6" shape="rect"> <h2>How do I know once my order has been dispatched for delivery?</h2>

      Once your goods are dispatched from our warehouse to the courier, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. To tack the order, follow the simple instructions on the email, as this will aslo state the courrier company used.

      <a name="section7" shape="rect"> <h2>Where do I use my promotional code?</h2>

      There is a field to put your promotional code in within your shopping basket. Once you’ve put it in and clicked on apply, it will reflect in the total.

      Promotional codes are sent out via our newsletter and if you like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter we will post exclusive offers on there too.
