I have no problem with the product but the delivery service is appalling. APC were supposed to deliver Thursday - didn't and then had another email to say they would deliver late Friday afternoon and again they didn't turn up and unable to track the parcel as no live information was available. This is the second time I have ordered from you and the same thing happened last time.
